Proof

Just to prove that I have joined the Gym...

  1. You're going to lose it, Freddy. I just know it!! I love your resolution, and your willingness to post your weight, even when that's hard to do. I love that you do difficult things with your whole heart!

    And don't worry about the pain. It's only weakness leaving the body. There'll be painful days, and sore days and weak days and slow days. I've had them. Everyone has them. No one wakes up and is in good physical shape. It's something we all work at with sweat, pain and occasionally tears.

    But you're off to a good start. I'm glad to see you have gym membership. Use it!! And don't be afraid to challenge yourself to greater distances, more pushups and the like. Remember, working out is 95% mental and only about 4% physical. I think that other 1% is spiritual...anyway, if you're dedicated to it in your mind, that'll come through in your workouts. No stop reading this and go drink some water in preparation for another run!
